Jim Beam Firehouse Chili

Sirloin tip chili with a kick.
Serves Up To: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients
2 lbs Top sirloin, cubed
1/4 cup Jim Beam Wing Sauce
1/2 cup Jim Beam BBQ Sauce
1-28oz Can of peeled tomatoes
8 oz Frozen whole kernel corn
1-14oz Can of kidney beans
1-15.5oz Jar of prepared salsa
to taste Jim Beam Hot Sauce

Directions
- Brown the sirloin tips in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, adding the wing sauce and the salsa just as the meat begins to brown
- Add the tomatoes, corn, beans and BBQ Sauce
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the beef is tender, about 30 minutes
- If you like it hot, now is the time to add the hot sauce
- Garnish with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped onion
