Roast Beef Open Face Sandwich

Sliced smoked brisket is piled high on toasted bread with peppered horseradish demi-glaze, sliced tomatoes and fronions.

Ingredients
1/2 cups Vita Prepared Horseradish
4 slices Sourdough Bread
8 slices Tomato
12 slices Smoke Brisket
1 cup Demi- Glaze Prepared
8 Big Onion rings
2 Tbsp Pepper

Directions
- In a bowl combine horseradish, demi-glaze and pepper. Put aside.
- Deep fry onion rings.
- Toast the bread slices on both sides.
- Top 2 slices of bread with sliced tomatoes, slised brisket, cheese.
- Pour horseradish demi-glaze on each sandwich.
- Finish with 2 onion rings on top.
