Grilled vegetables sprinkled with Jim Beam Original Barbecue Rub for a spicy kick of summer flavor.

Ingredients
4 cobs Corn, fresh
1 12 oz package Lima Beans, shelled, frozen
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp Jim Beam Original Barbecue Rub
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
to taste Salt and Pepper

Directions
- Grill the corn on the cob until the kernels start to brown slightly. Allow to cool, then cut the kernels off the cob.
- Sautee the lima beans in the vegetable oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add tomatoes and corn and sauté until hot.
- Sprinkle the succotash with Jim Beam Original Barbecue Rub and serve along with your favorite grilled meats.
