BBQ Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Herb roasted Brussels sprouts glazed with Jim Beam Spicy Barbecue Sauce.

Ingredients
1/2 lb Brussels Sprouts
1 Tbsp Rosemary, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
to taste Salt and Pepper
Jim Beam Spicy Bourbon Barbecue Sauce

Directions
- Cut off the stems of the Brussels sprouts and peel off the first few dark green leaves. Cut them in half and toss with olive oil.
- Season the sprouts with salt and pepper and toss with herbs. Place in a roasting pan in a 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
- In a skillet simmer Jim Beam Spicy Bourbon Barbecue Sauce until sugars start to caramelize.
- Add roasted sprouts and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
