Jim Beam Spicy Barbecue Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Red new potatoes
1/4 cup Onion, small dice
1/2 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Ham, cooked, chopped
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Jim Beam Spicy Barbecue Rub
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions
- 1.Cut the potatoes in half, or in quarters depending on their size, so that they are all similar in size. In a large pot, boil the potatoes in heavily salted water until tender. Drain and cool.
- 2.Combine the remaining ingredients with the potatoes and chill before serving.
