Mustard Croutons

Toss Jim Beam Original Mustard with cubed French bread and top with parmesan cheese. Makes a perfect accompaniment to a rich beef stew or your favorite salad.

Ingredients
1 ea Loaf French Bread
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
12 oz Jim Beam Original Mustard
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°F.
- Cut bread into 3/4 inch cubes and toss with vegetable oil.
- Place on sheet tray and bake in oven until dry but not toasted.
- Allow bread to cool before tossing with Jim Beam Original Mustard.
- Place on sheet tray and top with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 200°F oven again until bread is toasty and cheese is slightly browned.
