Honeydew Agave Cocktail
Take a tropical vacation without leaving the kitchen with this fruitful concoction.

1/2 cup Honeydew melon, diced
8 oz Tequila
2 oz Lemon juice
1-1/2 oz VB Agave Nectar
10 leaves Mint leaves, torn
- Puree the honeydew in a blender until smooth. Strain to remove pulp.
- Combine honeydew puree with remaining ingredients.
- Shake the mixture on ice until thoroughly chilled. Serve on rocks with soda.
