Upside Down Swirl Cakes

Spiral cakes are baked with cheesecake filling and on the bottom are fruits to turn out delicious upside down cakes try pineapple cherry, mixed berry and cinnamon or Vanilla Strawberry lime.

Ingredients
1 can Cinnamon Roll Dough
8 oz Pineapple, canned, diced
8 oz Blackberries, raspberries
8 oz Jelly Belly Tutti-Fruitti Pancake Syrup

Directions
- In a small work bowl, combine the fruit with the Jelly Belly Tutti Fruitti Pancake Syrup. Pour this mixture into bakeable paper cups.
- Roll the cinnamon roll dough into spirals and place it on top of the mixture. Bake as per the instructions on the can.
- Bake as per the instructions on the can. When they’re finished, allow to cool slightly and then turn out onto serving plate and serve.
