Fresh fried corn tortilla chips, simmered in Sauza Traditional Salsa and layered with scrambled eggs and cheese, all baked until melty and delicious for the perfect start to your day.

Ingredients
6 ea Eggs, scrambled
1 package Corn tortillas
1 cup Cotija, cheddar, or jack cheese, shredded
12 oz Sauza Traditional Salsa
Avocado, fresh – to garnish

Directions
- Cut corn tortillas into quarters and fry until browned and crispy. Season with salt.
- Cook scrambled eggs lightly, not cooking thoroughly.
- Simmer tortilla chips in the jar of Sauza Salsa in a baking dish and place in oven until chips have absorbed some of the liquid from the salsa and are slightly softened.
- Top with eggs and cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Serve with additional Sauza Salsa and fresh avocado.
