Steel-Cut Oats with Agave Nectar

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Steel cut oats
3 cups Water
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup Chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.), lightly toasted
3 Tbsp Sauza Agave nectar

Directions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the oats lightly until they are toasted and begin to smell nutty.
- Add the water and bring to a simmer, cooking about 25 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
- Add milk and continue to simmer until milk is absorbed.
- Turn off the heat and let cool slightly.
- Add berries and nuts and stir to combine. Top with agave nectar and enjoy for breakfast
