1/2 cup A&W BBQ Sauce
1 cupCooked Chicken
1 wholePortobello Mushroom
3 slicesRed Onion
1/4 cupPepper Jack Cheese

Directions
- Dice mushrooms into small pieces
- In a small sauté pan cook mushrooms and shredded chicken for 2 minutes, add A&W BBQ Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
- Place chicken on top of bread, layer with red onion and cheese, heat under a broiler for 1 minute
