Pear and Yam Salad

Combine yams and pears to create a new twist on a classic potato salad.

1/3 cup Burgundy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
1 cup Pears, Diced
1 cup Yams, Diced
1/3 cup Pecan Halves
1/3 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Celery, chopped


  1. Peal and boil diced yams until soft.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.  Mix and finish with a drizzling of Burgundy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing.
