Cranberry Spinach Salad
A crisp spinach salad topped with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, roasted almonds and sweet Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette.

3/4 cup Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
4 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Roasted Almonds
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette with feta crumbles and paprika.
- Put spinach in a serving bowl, sprinkle with cranberries and almonds.
- Pour the dressing mixture over salad.
