Jim Beam Tomato Chicken

Chicken in a creamy tomato sauce, accented with the rich and subtle taste of Jim Beam Bourbon.

Ingredients
1 cup Jim Beam Ketchup
2 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Vidalia Onion, Diced
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 TBSP Olive Oil

Directions
- Saute onions in olive oil until they are slightly browned. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper and cook from all sides to seal.
- Add Jim Beam Ketchup and herb sprigs and cook for 5 mintues on medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and let cook until there are no signs of pink in the meat.
