Pancakes with Caramelized Guava Syrup

Pancakes are elevated to a whole new dimension with an exotic guava syrup accented with the rich and subtle taste of Jim Beam Bourbon.

Ingredients
1 cup Jim Beam Original Pancake Syrup
6 Pancakes, frozen
1 pound Guavas, Fresh
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Directions
- Melt butter in the sauce pan.
- Stir in Jim Beam Original Pancake Syrup and brown sugar.
- When mixture starts to boil, add halved cored guavas. Cook stirring occassionally until guavas become soft.
- Heat the pancakes in the toaster and serve topped with guava sauce and sprinkles with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
