Key Lime Salmon Toasters
Crusty french bread is topped with key lime butter and Vita Classic Peppered Salmon for a light and refreshing appetizer or snack. Perfect for spring and summer months!
Serves Up To: 2-4 Servings
Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes
1 strip each Vita Classic Peppered Salmon
2 Key Limes
1/2 stick Butter
1 slice French Bread, toasted
- Heat butter in a sauce pan on low heat squeezing lime juice into butter as it simmers. Make sure not to overheat.
- Slice french bread and toast on broiler setting until crispy. You can brush with oil if available.
- Fold salmon onto toast points and drape with key lime butter.
