Salmon with Lemon Dill Butter

Ingredients
1 Vita Original Hot Smoked Salmon
1 Lemon
2-3 sprigs Fresh Dill
1/2 cup Butter, melted

Directions
- Prepare butter sauce by melting butter in a sauce pan on low heat.
- Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice from each half into the butter.
- Chop dill sprigs and stir into butter while simmering.
- Pan sear salmon filet on medium heat for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
- Drape salmon in butter sauce.
