Smoked Salmon Couscous

Smoked Salmon Couscous

A healthy and filling side of couscous with bites of cranberries, celery and Vita Wild Coho Salmon!

 2-3 Servings
Cook Time: 12 Minutes
Difficulty: Simple


1/2 cup Vita Wild Coho Salmon
2 cups Couscous, plain
2 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1 TBSP Garlic, Minced
To Taste Salt and Pepper


  1. Pan sear salmon for about 1 minute on each side.  Then dice small.
  2. Chop celery and mince garlic.
  3. Boil couscous in chicken stock until soft, stirring in garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix salmon, celery and cranberries into couscous and serve.
