Herring Bagel Spread

A creamy herring spread loaded with healthy Omega 3's is the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients
1 jar Vita Herring in Wine Sauce, chopped
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Red Onion, diced
1 Lemon, juiced
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
To Taste Salt and Pepper
1 each Bagel

Directions
- Remove pieces of herring from jar and chop into smaller pieces.
- Chop red onion and celery and add to mixing bowl with mayonnaise.
- Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice into mixing bowl and stir everything together.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture on bagels.
