Ingredients
8 strips Vita Lox
2 Bagels, halved
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dill, chopped
3 TBSP Capers
2-3 slices Onion, sliced

Directions
- Toast bagel halves until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, dill and cream cheese.
- Spread cream cheese blend on toasted bagel halves.
- Lay 2 strips of lox on each bagel half.
- Top with capers and sliced onions.
