Mediterranean Herring Linguini

A fresh and delicous meal rich with herring's omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients
1 jar Vita Herring in Wine Sauce
1/4 cup Capers
1 TBSP Garlic
1 cup Grape Tomatoes
3 cups Linguini, cooked
1/4 cup White Wine
2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Parsley, chopped

Directions
- Boil linguini in a pot of boiling water.
- Drain jar of herring, and cut herring into 1" cubes.
- Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium heat.
- Cut tomatoes in half and add to pan with capers, garlic and herring.
- Add wine and linguini to pan and cook until liquid is reduced.
- Plate and garnish with parsley.
