Honey and Ricotta Apple Pie

A rich and creamy apple pie that is out of this world!
Serves Up To: 6 Servings

Ingredients
1/4 cup Virginia Brand Pure Honey
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1/2 cup Ricotta
4 Medium Baking Apples, cored and sliced
2 Premade Pie Crusts
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix sugar, flour, ricotta, honey and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- Spray a pie pan with cooking spray and roll 1 crust out in to pan.
- Place apples in pie crust and pour liquid mixture over apples.
- Place 2nd pie crust on top and pinch to seal.
- Cut 5 small vents in teh center of pie.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
