Herring Tostadas

Fried tostadas topped with Vita Herring in Wine Sauce and cilantro sour cream.

Ingredients
1 jar Vita Herring in Wine Sauce
10 Corn Tortillas, cut into 3" diameter
1/4 cup Red Onion, shaved thinly
1/4 cup Daikon, sliced thinly
1/2 cup Canola Oil
3 TBSP Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Sour Cream

Directions
- Heat oil in a saucepan to medium.
- Fry tortillas about 15 seconds on each side, drain on paper towels.
- Mix sour cream and cilantro.
- Place 2 pieces of herring on each shell.
- Top with onion, daikon and sour cream.
