Jim Beam Original Smoked Salmon Pasta

Pasta is tossed with seared vegetables, Jim Beam Original Smoked Salmon and seasonings in a butter sauce.

Ingredients
12 oz Jim Beam Original Smoke Salmon
8 oz Thin Spaghetti
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 cup Chopped White Onion
for Garnish Parsley
3/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1 Clove Chopped Garlic
1 dash Cayenne Pepper

Directions
- Add 3 pinches of salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil.
- In the meantime, in a saucepan, add butter, cheese, oregano, black pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper, olive oil and melt on simmer.
- Slice the Jim Beam Original Smoked Salmon into thin strips and cut into smaller pieces. Set aside.
- In separate saucepan, add olive oil and sauté the diced peppers and onion.
- When pasta is done, strain and put into a large bowl.
- Pour the butter sauce onto the pasta and add the sautéed vegetables and salmon; mix well.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese.
