Original Smoked Salmon Pasta

Original Smoked Salmon Pasta

Pasta is tossed with seared vegetables, Smoked Salmon and seasonings in a butter sauce.

Serves Up To: 4 Servings
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Difficulty: Simple


12 oz Smoked Salmon
8 oz Thin Spaghetti
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 cup Chopped White Onion
for Garnish Parsley
3/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1 Clove Chopped Garlic
1 dash Cayenne Pepper


  1. Add 3 pinches of salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. In the meantime, in a saucepan, add butter, cheese, oregano, black pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper, olive oil and melt on simmer.
  3. Slice the Smoked Salmon into thin strips and cut into smaller pieces.  Set aside.
  4. In separate saucepan, add olive oil and sauté the diced peppers and onion.  
  5. When pasta is done, strain and put into a large bowl.
  6. Pour the butter sauce onto the pasta and add the sautéed vegetables and salmon; mix well.
  7. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese.
