Cilantro and Red Chili-Seared Salmon Pizza

Just like it sounds, this fantastic seared cilantro and red chili salmon has a Pico de Gallo base and topped with very little mozzarella and fresh cilantro baked on a crisp thin shell.

Ingredients
1 package Vita Wild Nova Salmon
to taste Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Tomato, diced
1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 package 10” Pre-Baked Pizza Thin Crust
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 Tbsp Chipotle Powder

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine tomato, onion, jalapeno pepper (to taste), half of cilantro, chopped Vita Wild Nova Salmon and green onion. Season with garlic powder, chipotle powder, salt and pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Spread the olive oil over the pizza crust and spread the mix evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.
- Bake until cheese has melted and is bubbly (10 to 15 minutes).
- Garnish with the rest of the cilantro.
