Tequila Sunrise Salmon Salad

Salmon is marinated in bright citrus and full rounded garlic flavors and then grilled and placed atop a fresh green salad that is dressed using the marinade as a delicious vinaigrette.

Ingredients
8 oz – 2 ea Salmon Filets, fresh
1 package Mixed Salad Greens
1 ea Orange, peeled, segmented
1-1/2 cups Sauza Tequila Sunrise Marinade

Directions
- Place the Salmon filets in a bowl along with 1 cup marinade to cover half way.
- Let rest for 1 hour, then flip and marinate for 1 more hour then discard used marinade.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the salad greens and add orange segments and any vegetables you enjoy in your salad. Toss with ½ cup marinade as a dressing.
- Grill the salmon until medium. Serve on top of plated salad and enjoy!
