Olive Oil Poached Herring
Lunch herring is poached in olive oil with a touch of rosemary and lemon.

1 can Vita Lunch Herring
1/4 cups Fresh Rosemary
1 cup Olive Oil
1 whole Lemon
- In a large skillet heat olive oil.
- Add herring, rosemary, sliced lemon.
- Sauté for 6-8 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
