Plump shrimp simmered in Budweiser beer and Budweiser wing sauce for a mild buffalo flavor.

Ingredients
2 oz Light olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Shallots, minced
1 lb Jumbo (16/20) shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 bottle Budweiser Beer
2 Lemons, cut in half
4 oz Budweiser Mild & Tangy Wing Sauce
4 limes, cut in half
1 Tbsp (each) Sea salt, cracked black pepper, granulated garlic

Directions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over high heat.
- Add the garlic and shallots and sauté until they begin to brown.
- Add the shrimp and seasonings.
- Pour half the Budweiser Beer into the pan and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Budweiser Mild Wing Sauce to shrimp and toss to coat.
- Sauté until shrimp are just cooked through.
- Squeeze lemons and limes over shrimp right before serving.
