Chili Lime Shrimp Spring Rolls

Succulent shrimp marinated in Sauza Chili Lime Marinade, wrapped up with fresh crisp veggies in a spring roll wrapper and served with more marinade for dipping.

Serves Up To: 4 Servings

20 ea Small shrimp, peeled, deveined
12 oz. Sauza Chili Lime Marinade
1 - 4 oz package Bean sprouts
1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 cup Napa Cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, thai basil)
1 package Spring roll wrappers


  1. Combine everything but fresh herbs in a bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers and place 2 Tbsp filling plus some of the herbs, evenly distributing 3 to four shrimp per wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in the sides and then roll into spring roll shape.
  4. Deep fry or steam until shrimp are cooked through.
