Chili Lime Shrimp Spring Rolls

Succulent shrimp marinated in Sauza Chili Lime Marinade, wrapped up with fresh crisp veggies in a spring roll wrapper and served with more marinade for dipping.

Ingredients
20 ea Small shrimp, peeled, deveined
12 oz. Sauza Chili Lime Marinade
1 - 4 oz package Bean sprouts
1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 cup Napa Cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, thai basil)
1 package Spring roll wrappers

Directions
- Combine everything but fresh herbs in a bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
- Lay out wonton wrappers and place 2 Tbsp filling plus some of the herbs, evenly distributing 3 to four shrimp per wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in the sides and then roll into spring roll shape.
- Deep fry or steam until shrimp are cooked through.
