Jim Beam Southern Shrimp Po’boy

Shrimp marinate in a unique blend of flavors for hours until making its way to the bread and coleslaw on this distinctive Po'boy.

Ingredients
1 lb Shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/2 cup Onion, roughly chopped
4 each Garlic, cloves
3 Tbsp Lime juice
1/4 cup Jim Beam Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Ginger, fresh, peeled
2 each Hoagie Rolls
2 cups Coleslaw

Directions
- Place all ingredients except shrimp in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Marinate shrimp in the puree for as little as 1 hour or as much as 8, depending on the size of the shrimp.
- Saute the shrimp over high heat and serve on rolls with coleslaw.
