BBQ Chicken and Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Grilled barbecue chicken mixed in with cream cheese wrapped up in tortillas.

2 ea Chicken Breast
1 cup Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
8 oz Jim Beam Spicy Bourbon Barbecue Sauce
4 ea Tortillas, flour
- Grill the chicken breasts and shred with forks when cooled.
- Mix pulled chicken meat with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Jim Beam Spicy Bourbon Barbecue Sauce to form a paste.
- Spread the filling onto tortillas and roll up tightly.
- Slice the tortillas into half inch pieces and serve cold.
