Budweiser Fried Baby Back Ribs

Delicious pork ribs with a new face- fried, and a new attitude- crispy.

Ingredients
2 slabs Baby Back Ribs, Peeled
1/4 cup Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Whole Black Peppercorns
1 Bay Leaf
8 bottles Budweiser Beer
1 bottle Budweiser Barbecue Sauce

Directions
- Cut ribs in half and place in a deep pot.
- Cover ribs with Budweiser beer, making sure they are completely submerged.
- Add salt, peppercorns and bay leaf.
- Place on high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 hours.
- Remove ribs from liquid and let stand for about 10-15 minutes so they can dry.
- Deep fry ribs in 350 degree grease until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from fryer and baste with a generous amount of Budweiser Barbecue Sauce.
