Ingredients
1-1/2 lb Certified Black Angus Strip
12 slices Apple wood smoked bacon
12 Wooden skewers, 4-5 inches long
1 bottle Budweiser Barbecue Sauce

Directions
- Soak skewers overnight in Budweiser Beer.
- Cut Angus Strip into 12 equal pieces, each about 2-inches cubed.
- Wrap each cube with a slice of bacon and skewer to hold in place.
- Cook over medium to open flame.
- Baste generously with Budweiser Barbecue Sauce while cooking.
- Cook until bacon gets crispy on the outside.
