BBQ Brisket

Already mouth-watering brisket is pushed over the top with smoky barbecue sauce and a wide blend of seasonings.

Ingredients
2 lbs Beef brisket
3 cups Budweiser Smoked Barbecue Sauce
Marinade:
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Beef stock
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
5 Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Budweiser
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup Brown sugar
3 Garlic cloves, mashed

Directions
- Mix all of the marinade ingredients together well and marinate the brisket for up to 24 hrs.
- Remove the brisket from the marinade and sear off in a hot pan with a small amount of oil.
- In a large roasting pan, place the marinade and the brisket.
- Cover and cook for 2-2 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
- When the brisket is fork tender remove from the oven and set aside.
- Reduce the marinade until it coats a spoon and serve with the brisket.
