Jim Beam Steak Sandwhich

A tangy steak sandwich that is sure to one-up anything else in the pantry.
Serves Up To: 4 Servings

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 lbs Skirt Steak
to taste Salt and Pepper
1 large Onion, halved, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Jim Beam Original Steak Sauce
2 Tbsp Butter, cold
4 each Hoagies rolls
8 slices Provolone cheese

Directions
- Season the steak on both sides with salt and pepper. In 2 Tbsp of the vegetable oil, sear the skirt steak for 5-6 minutes per side until well crusted. Set aside and allow 5-10 minutes to rest.
- Wipe out the pan, and using the remaining Tbsp of vegetable oil, sautee the onion until tender and golden brown.
- Turn the heat off the pan and deglaze the pan using Jim Beam Bold Steak Sauce. Whisk in the butter.
- Slice the skirt steak thinly on a bias and pile onto the hoagie rolls.
- Top each sandwich with the glazed onions and then two slices each of provolone cheese.
- Place the sandwich under the broiler until cheese is well melted.
