Recipes - Artichoke Dip
Made with: Oak Hill Farms Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
28 oz artichoke hearts
1/2 cup light cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups Vidalia onions
3 tbs. fresh chopped chives
1 tsp paprika
Scorned Woman Salsa
Oak Hill Farms Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Place the first five ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, retaining 1 tbs. chives for garnish. Add 1/2 cup Oak Hill Farms Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and 1 cup Scorned Woman Salsa and mix thoroughly, taking care not to puree. Chill for at least one hour.
Serve in a party bowl and sprinkle the remaining chives on top and dust with paprika. (Instead of a bowl, serve mixture in a hollowed-out loaf of sourdough bread!)
Present with your favorite crackers or toast points.
