Made with: Virginia Brand Honey French Royale Salad Dressing
1/2 head lettuce
1 small bunch chicory
1/2 head romaine lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, peeled
2 chicken breast, cooked
6 pieces bacon
1 avocado
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. chives
1/2 cup Roquefort cheese
1 cup Virginia Brand Honey French Royale Salad Dressings
Cut lettuce, chicory and romaine into fine pieces and arrange in salad bowl. Cut peeled tomatoes in half, remove seeds, dice finely, and arrange in strips across the salad.
Dice cooked chicken breasts and arrange over the greens and tomatoes. Chop finely strips of crisp bacon and sprinkle on salad. Cut avocado in small pieces and arrange around the edge of the salad.
Decorate by sprinkling the top with chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped chives, and grated Roquefort cheese.
Just before serving, mix the salad with Honey French Royale Dressing.
