Recipes - Cranberry Spinach Salad

Made with: Oak Hill Farms Burgundy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

1 6oz package of salad spinach
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup sweetened, dried cranberries
1 Red onion
4 slices crisply cooked bacon
Oak Hill Farms Burgundy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Place spinach leaves on four salad plates. Add thin slices from the red onion, along with equal portions of the croutons and cranberries. Slightly warm 1 cup of Oak Hill Farms Burgundy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing and pour over each serving. Crumble bacon strips and sprinkle bits onto each salad before serving.
