Recipes - Fiery Barbecue Meatloaf

Made with: Scorned Woman Fiery BBQ Sauce

1 Lb. Ground beef
1/2 cup Scorned Woman Fiery Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Finely chopped red bell pepper
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dried basil leaves

1. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
2. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Cover loosely with wax paper.
3. Bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until center is cooked through
