Recipes - Honey Mustard Chicken & Vegetables
Made with: Oak Hill Farms Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
1 Lb. Boneless chicken breasts, cut into ½" strips
1 1/3 cup Carrots, julienne
1 cup Yellow peppers, sliced thin
1 cup Onion, sliced thin
3/4 Lb. Broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. Canola oil
8 oz. Oak Hill Farms Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
- Place 10 - 12" skillet or wok on medium high heat.
- When skillet is hot, add oil. After oil is hot, add carrots, peppers and onion and sauté 5 minutes, tossing frequently.
- Add chicken, broccoli and the Honey Mustard Salad Dressing.
- Cover pan and cook 3 minutes. Remove cover, toss and cook 1 minute longer.
- Serve over rice or noodles
