Made with: Jim Beam BBQ Sauce, Jim Beam Medium Salsa & Jim Beam Hot Sauce
1-16oz can of pork and beans
1-16oz can of kidney beans (drained)
1-16oz can of black-eyed peas (drained)
6oz Jim Beam Honey BBQ Sauce
6oz Jim Beam Mild Salsa
4 strips hickory smoked bacon
Jim Beam Hot Sauce to taste
Combine all ingredients except the bacon in a large cast iron skillet
Lay the bacon strips over the top and put the skillet on the grill
Cook until the bacon is done and everything is heated through
