Recipes - Jim Beam Baby Back Ribs
Made with: Jim Beam Marinade & Jim Beam Steak Sauce.
3 pounds baby back ribs
12oz. Jim Beam Marinade
4oz. Jim Beam Steak Sauce
*to taste, Jim Beam Hot Sauce, if you like it hot!
A few sticks of your favorite wood, try oak or hickory on these babies
- Trim any excess fat off the meat and marinate in the Jim Beam Marinade and Steak Sauce combined for at least one hour(add the Jim Beam Hot Sauce if you are going to use it.) Put in the fridge if you are going to marinate longer than an hour.
- Prepare your fire and libations. Once the coals begin to grey, add the wood to the coals. Gas grillers, put the wood on flame side once the grill is hot. Make sure your coals are either not directly under the meat or the grate is at least 8 inches above the coals.
- It should take about an hour and a half to cook. Turn the ribs every 15-20 minutes and bast with the left over marinade after each turn.
We like em just off the grill. Place a bottle of Jim Beam Bar-B-Q on the table for anyone that needs extra flavor.
(Serves 3-4)
