Made with: Jim Beam Wing Sauce

1 tbsp butter
½ cup Jim Beam Wing Sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
10-12 slices of buns, rolls or other thickly sliced bread

  1. Combine the butter, wing sauce, garlic and cheese in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring regularly
  2. When your meat is almost done, brush a bit of the elixir on each piece of bread and lay it face down on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Watch carefully. The combination of butter and hot coals has resulted in the occasional burnt bun.
  4. Remove from the grill and fill with BBQ, burger etc., or serve as a side dish
