Made with: Jim Beam Honey Bourbon Mustard & Jim Beam Hot Sauce.
2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
¼ cup Jim Beam Honey Bourbon Mustard
¼ cup cream of coconut
½ cup toasted, seasoned bread crumbs
¼ tsp Jim Beam Hot Sauce (optional)
- Coat chicken breasts with Jim Beam Honey Mustard
- Add the Jim Beam Hot Sauce to the cream of coconut and dip the chicken
- Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs to create crust
- Grill over indirect heat until golden brown
Yes, it works in the oven…just not as much fun. Follow the same steps as above, place on a baking sheet, cover loosely with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, increase the temperature to 450 and bake another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
