Made with: Jim Beam Wing Sauce , Jim Beam BBQ Sauce, Jim Beam Medium Salsa & Jim Beam Hot Sauce.

2 lbs top sirloin, cubed
¼ cup Jim Beam Wing Sauce
½ cup Jim Beam BBQ Sauce
1-28oz can of peeled tomatoes
8 oz frozen whole kernel corn
1-14oz can of kidney beans
1-15.5oz jar of Jim Beam Medium Salsa
Jim Beam Hot Sauce to taste

  1. Brown the sirloin tips in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, adding the wing sauce and the salsa just as the meat begins to brown
  2. Add the tomatoes, corn, beans and BBQ Sauce
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the beef is tender, about 30 minutes
  4. If you like it hot, now is the time to add the hot sauce
  5. Garnish with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped onion

(Serves 4-6)
