Recipes - Jim Beam Firehouse Chili
Made with: Jim Beam Wing Sauce , Jim Beam BBQ Sauce, Jim Beam Medium Salsa & Jim Beam Hot Sauce.
2 lbs top sirloin, cubed
¼ cup Jim Beam Wing Sauce
½ cup Jim Beam BBQ Sauce
1-28oz can of peeled tomatoes
8 oz frozen whole kernel corn
1-14oz can of kidney beans
1-15.5oz jar of Jim Beam Medium Salsa
Jim Beam Hot Sauce to taste
- Brown the sirloin tips in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, adding the wing sauce and the salsa just as the meat begins to brown
- Add the tomatoes, corn, beans and BBQ Sauce
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the beef is tender, about 30 minutes
- If you like it hot, now is the time to add the hot sauce
- Garnish with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped onion
