Made with: Oak Hill Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1 large head of romaine lettuce
3 large chicken breasts
1/3 cup Jerk seasoning
1/2 cup pistachio nuts
Oak Hill Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1. Grill chicken breasts, sprinkling generously with Jerk seasoning.
2. Chop chicken into bite-size cubes.
3. Place chicken in a bowl and add 1 cup of Oak Hill Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing along with pistachio nuts and balance of Jerk seasoning.
4. Serve on a bed of lettuce
