Recipes - Raspberry Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Oranges

Made with: Oak Hill Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1 lb fresh baby leaf spinach
1 can Mandarin orange slices, drained
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 small round of Gouda cheese
1 small package pine nuts
Oak Hill Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

On individual salad dishes, arrange a thick bed of spinach leaves. Slice strawberries in half, lengthwise and place on spinach bed along with Mandarin orange slices. Cut small wedges of Gouda cheese and add to plates.

Pour a generous serving of Oak Hill Farms Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing onto the salad, sprinkle pine nuts onto the dressing and serve.
