1 Lb. Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
½ cup Virginia Brand Pineapple Cooking Sauce
2 tbsp. Scorned woman Sweet Magic Hot Sauce
2 Tsp. Canola oil
2 C. Snow peas, trimmed
1 8-oz. Can Sliced water chestnuts, drained
Place pork in large bowl. Add combined Pineapple Cooking Sauce and Sweet Magic Hot Sauce; toss to coat.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add pork mixture; cook and stir 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is evenly browned. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add snow peas and water chestnuts; mix lightly. Cover; cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
