3 Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
½ cup Cooked rice
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
2 oz Half and half (or skim milk)
Oak Hill Farms Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2" strips or cubes. Place in skillet, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook over low heat, stirring every minute or two.
When the chicken has cooked for about 7-10 minutes, add 4 oz of Oak Hill Farms Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and the half and half, stirring completely in with the chicken. Finish cooking until the chicken is tender enough to cut with a fork.
